Bellerjeau Consulting Limited is a limited liability S-corporation, co-owned and co-operated by the founder and CEO, Andre' Bellerjeau. The firm was founded in 2005. Our headquarters is located in New York with operations nationally and internationally. Bellerjeau Consulting Limited excels in every phase of an architectural project from pre-planning, through design and construction documents, permitting and construction services, project close-out to client debriefing, and overall

Drawings
We believe in quality, thoughtful, consistent, clear, concise drawings at every level. We "listen" to our designs and truly work to understand and interpret how a drawing will translate into a building. By being involved with a project at every level from the design to physical location, understanding facets of complexity inherent in the industry, all the team players in a project, and years of experience we pride ourselves on being proficient and prudent in producing construction documents and renderings of exceptional quality, simplicity, and beauty. We are confident you will feel the same way.
We believe that at every level of interaction with every individual involved in a project that good and consistent communication is paramount. We have over 18 years of experience representing a broad range of client's and projects. Our experience with residential projects has finely tuned our ability to represent private home-owners during the life of their important project. We understand the nuances and time requirements needed to succesfully, and within budget, get a family home designed and built when often their primary residence is in another location or they are simply not able to commit the time needed. We will provide for you local representation combined with "global" knowledge to help you feel comfortable that your project and interests are being watched over.
